PET POLICY

Marquis at Mt. Zion is a pet-friendly apartment community!  We welcome up to 2 pets/apartment home, with a weight limit of 25 pounds/pet.  There is a one-time, non-refundable $350 pet fee/animal and no pet rent.

We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita , Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard.

Snakes, spiders and ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Green Tree Frogs, African Dwarfed Frogs, Chinese Hamsters, Hermit Crabs, Gerbils, and Canary. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
